OUR SHOP

How does this thing even work, am I getting one product or several?  

The SWEETish Shop carries products available by monthly subscription or a la carte purchases.  Our Stashboxes are only available with a subscription; however, you may purchase each item available in the stashbox collection individually while supplies last. 

Once you secure your initial stash, you don't have to do anything else, we'll ship your box every month.  You may also choose to gift your monthly stashbox to someone.  Simply reach out to us via email before the 8th of the month with the recipient's name and mailing address.  Additional shipping charges may apply.

COVID-19

Are you handling my products differently given COVID-19?  

Our products are handled according to CDC and ServSafe guidelines.  In addition to frequently hand-washing, wearing masks and gloves when handling products, our product vessels are also sanitized prior to use.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When will I be billed for and receive my stash?  

 Subscriptions are shipped monthly on or around the 15th.  You will not be billed until your stash has shipped.

I need to take a break from my subscription.  Can you please pause it for me?  

If you'll be traveling or want to interrupt your subscription, please email us at hello@sweetish.shop.  Just let us know which month you want us to hold for you and we'll either ship you two boxes the following month or skip that month altogether.

SHIPPING

When will I receive my stash?  

We'll ship your stash to you within 3-5 business days after you have placed your order.  SWAG products may take longer if inventory is unavailable.

RETURNS

Something went south with my stash.  What should I do?  

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your stash has been poorly handled, please report this to us within 24 hours at hello@sweetish.shop.  You can always contact us for any other return questions via email as well.

I'd like a special stash.  What are my options?  

We'd love to design a custom collection for you, a client, or your business.  Simply email us at hello@sweetish.shop to get started. 

I'm sending a stash to someone special.  Is there anything I need to make sure I do for them to get it?  

Well, aren't you sweet.  Yes, you should verify the shipping address when you checkout, making sure it's not the same as the billing address.  We can't guarantee delivery time, especially when an address change is necessary.
